Working together since 1978 to best serve our clients' needs. Our focus has been to serve peoples' needs... to purchase and sell single-family homes in the metropolitan area from downtown Seattle, north to South Everett and from Puget Sound east to the Issaquah plateau in the Cascade foot hills. The Collisons have been fortunate to enjoy working with many of the same clients... as they return to us over the years for other real estate needs. We are committed to counseling all of our buying clients to determine their needs, their wishes and to help them make wise choices in their selection of real estate… before we begin the process of looking for properties for them. We pride ourselves on concentrating helping sellers stage© their homes. Staging© attracts a wider range of buyers willing to pay more for the home... based on its attractive, uncluttered appearance. Working as a team, we are able to devote time to each property we list... to successfully utilize interior pictures on the Internet . In addition, we prepare several styles of professional brochures to attract a wider range of buyers. We thoroughly research & prepare a market study (reflecting current market activity)... to help sellers determine the highest price they are likely to get... based on the current real estate market. Our knowledge of the market offers a seller the greatest protection in making plans for their future commitments. Our properties have been able to sell at a higher price and faster by paying attention to having our listings be atatractively presented to the buying public at the moment the home goes onto the market. We continue to make ourselves available to all our clients, giving them advice to increase value of the homes. We have helped hundreds of clients "open doors to promising new beginnings"!
Associate Broker, GRI & ASP
Bill has been an Associate Broker since 1981. Both Bill and Andrea hold GRI designations (Graduate Residential Institute from the National Board of Realtors). Bill has taken numerous commercial real estate courses as well as a holds BA in Accounting from the University of Washington. Andrea (Aundie) has completed classes regarding "senior citizens" and completed additional training as an Accredited Staging Professional, plus numrous other real estate courses.
Community Involvement
Both Andrea (Aundie) and Bill have been active in the community for more than 20 years... serving on a variety of boards of directors and committees. Presently, Bill is active in University Lions Club, Masonic Lodge and has served on a board of trustees for a Senior Center in the University District for several years. Aundie is involved in their neighborhood community organization, is a representative to the North Seattle Precinct (Seattle Police Dept.) Advisory Board, has completed a course for the Seattle Community Police Academy. Bill and Aundie are active members of Seattle First Free Methodist Church.
Bill and Aundie`s family
Bill and Aundie have been married since 1958 and are the parents of three adult children, who continue to live and be active in the Greater Seattle community. The family enjoys camping, fishing, and traveling... with their grandchildren, especially to Hawai .
